Home sales are delayed and canceled because SunStrong fails to respond to escrow and title companies. #
Reddit and LinkedIn are full of complaints about SunStrong. Many mortgage and real estate brokers are posting that SunStrong failed to provide payoff demands to title and escrow companies.
It sure is odd that SunStrong doesn’t want to get paid off.
It’s understandable that SunStrong refuses to honor contractual warranties and guarantees repair systems to maximize its profits, but how can they be too busy to provide the total amount owed?
As real estate values have been declining rapidly in many areas, losing a buyer can be devastating.
A reader wrote that her parents are running out of funds for their assisted living because SunStrong is preventing the closing of her parents’ home sale.
Next week, I plan to contact a law firm that is allegedly initiating arbitration proceedings against SunStrong.
Another reader wrote that she can’t reach SunStrong on the phone. Looking for the phone number, I realized that we don’t seem to have one.
I already have PTSD from being lied to, deceived, and abused on the phone by thuggy corporations. So I don’t do phone calls anymore. I prefer to have evidence admissible in legal proceedings.

Notably, Ms. Lastimado provides the phone number for Kroll, the Sunnova claims administrator — paid for by Sunnova, working on behalf of Sunnova, and not at all involved in system repairs or payoff demands. It’s just another way to waste your time and energy, to wear you out, and to make you give up.
Unless you enjoy being defrauded and abused, I recommend using email to correspond with criminal enterprises like SunStrong Management:
