WHY is it legal to have consumers e-sign CONTRACTS on these idiotic phones? #
It is impossible to review the contract on the phone!
How do you PRINT from a phone? Most consumers don’t even have a printer.
I’ve been wondering why most Sunnova customers have no clue what’s in their contract.
Even if someone had the legal skills required to comprehend the LEGALESE presented to consumers, they couldn’t possibly review the contract on the phone.
