This is why regulators / legislators / journalists don’t need more “stories” from Sunnova customers. Anyone can read at the BBB and those complaints are so much more credible than a social media rant.
Unfortunately, it appears that the BBB is no longer posting new complaints.
Several members of the FB group recently submitted their BBB complaints, we’ll see whether they will show up here.
Presumably, Sunnova no longer pays the BBB to resolve disputes, to facilitate communications between Sunnova and customers (all communications go through the BBB), to arrange for mediation, to update the website …

Sunnova is working on the open **** ***** ********** to obtain the 4 damaged solar panels. Sunnova has stopped the payments on the account and will not resume until the solar panels have been replaced.
No such offer to my client until I finally requested that payments be paused in 4/24. Currently, Sunnova billing for my client online shows $0 due.
Pausing payments should be required during system outages.
