I’ve exposed at least 10 members of the Sunnova Complaints Group on Facebook as marketers and employees of solar companies.
It is so incredibly frustrating to see so many marketers and Sunnova shills spewing lies and that the 3,100 members have achieved absolutely NOTHING. I read so much awful and incorrect advice. It seems like nobody has learned anything.

Many marketers and scammers offer to help the many members who complain about Sunnova through private messages.
I have been looking for an expert to share their expertise with legislators, regulators and media, but so far, no takers.
Today I read the comments of Sunnova employee Eli Ovalle, who is openly and actively promoting Sunnova in the “Sunnova Complaints” group.

Sunnova employee Eli Ovalle is not smart, dissing Biden.
He doesn’t seem to know that Sunnova would likely be out of business if the Biden administration hadn’t thrown so much money at solar and specifically at Sunnova with the misguided $3 Billion loan guarantee:

Mark Hopcroft is another marketer falsely claiming that Sunnova only finances and has no responsibility to its customers.
NONE of these “experts” reviewed the contracts pertaining to these complaints prior to commenting.

Eli Ovalle: As a rep of sunnova the deal on the battery is 100% true. Most of the bad stories you’re hearing is because sunnova is used as the bank so automatically when homeowners get screwed over by the initial company and their panels aren’t working but they’re getting billed by Sunnova all the blame gets put on Sunnova when they are simply the bank.
— FALSE. Do you see people complaining to banks about their crappy houses and shoddy work by contractors they hired?
When you’re buying directly from Sunnova as the installer and financier it’s a little different. You don’t receive a bill until your panels are generating energy and there’s no middle man so the process is more streamlined and there’s no hassle because there’s no hoops to jump through and no money down.
— No hassle? THOUSANDS of customers have complained about Sunnova failing to maintain and repair the solar systems.
The 2k back is with the generac battery I believe and it’s a bonus if you go solar and a battery. You get a 2k visa gift card. Definitely do your research but by us being in HD it shows that we are a well trusted and respected company.

I understand why the marketers, scammers and Sunnova employees are posting in this “complaint” group.
I do NOT understand why the group admins and moderators allow the fraud, deception, and countless lies to be posted in their group. Is Sunnova paying them?
