The Houston BBB is partly responsible for the Sunnova customers' losses because it enabled Sunnova to improve its "F" rating in 2024 to the entirely FALSE "C+" despite Sunnova's failure to resolve claims.The Houston BBB appeared to have responded FOR Sunnova in their vile illegal efforts to create "resolved" complaints.I received NO response to my questions and the Houston BBB should be SHUT DOWN and its assets should be distributed to Sunnova customers with unresolved claims.
