My Motion for Extension of Time to file my Notice of Appeal of the Sunnova Plan. #
Incredibly, I could not find an appeal by anyone else, and this is my Hail Mary.
Not allowed to file electronically, I snail-mailed my motion on 12/15/25, much later than planned. As described in my motion, I had to wait for a new printer to arrive, my local post office can’t do Express Mail, I’m 60 miles from a real post office, and I had to get the rental house I manage ready for guests arriving on 12/16. Trying to supplement my $306 Social Security.
My Motion was filed on 12/19/25 in the bankruptcy court.
