What is this unique opt-out ID for? How do I know my opt-out is on record? Is my opt-out on record?
Should I opt out again just to be sure?

On November 12, 2025, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division (the “Court”) entered the Order Approving the Debtors’ Disclosure Statement for, and Confirming the Third Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Sunnova Energy International Inc. and Its Debtor Affiliates (Further Technical Modifications) [Docket No. 1205] (the “Confirmation Order”), confirming, as modified therein, the Third Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Sunnova Energy International Inc. and Its Debtor Affiliates (Further Technical Modifications) [Docket No. 1177] (the “Plan”).
Please take notice that the original deadline to submit a properly completed and executed Opt Out Form was October 13, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., prevailing Central Time (the “Original Opt Out Deadline”).
Pursuant to the Confirmation Order, the Original Opt Out Deadline has been extended to January 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (prevailing Central Time), for Holders of Claims in Class 3, Class 4, and Class 5 that did not submit an Opt Out Form by the Original Opt Out Deadline (the “Extended Deadline”) or otherwise receive acknowledgement from the Debtors that such Holder has been deemed to opt out of the Third-Party Release. If you previously submitted an Opt Out Form, or the Debtors have otherwise acknowledged that you have been deemed to opt out of the Third-Party Release, no further action is required.
