I have yet to find any information about an ATTORNEY representing the thousands of Sunnova customers with claims.
I will be submitting the claim for my client along with our BBB complaint, regulatory complaints about the DocuSign clearly fraudulent Guaranteed Production Amendment, failure to perform repairs, etc.
According to Sunnova’s website her system has been down since January.
