In the FB Sunnova Complaints group, I found the links to a video clearly showing that Sunnova fraudulently manipulates ratings at major review sites.
This video is about Google and Sunnova no longer links to Google Reviews — apparently, they got CAUGHT.
Could somebody send a subpoena to Google to find out what happened?
How were so many bad reviews removed?

This video provides firsthand evidence which strongly suggests that Sunnova defrauds customers with fake reviews on their Google Reviews page and their EnergySage review page. These inorganic (likely paid) reviews mislead customers who are trying to determine if Sunnova has high customer satisfaction, and gives potential customers a false sense of security that Sunnova is a good solar company. The video is lengthy because it shows the viewer firsthand many high rating reviews being posted in an unnaturally short span of a couple hours (30 google reviews) and more than 80 EnergySage reviews over a period of several days. The video also shows that in the several weeks prior to theses “5 star review dumps” on Sunnova’s Google Reviews page, only a handful of reviews were posted and the vast majority of them were very negative (real reviews from actual customers). Similarly, on EnergySage, more than 80 5-star reviews were posted for Sunnova over a couple of days, but in the entire week after that review dump, only a single 1-star review was left for Sunnova.
NOTE: This video was not recorded by me (Minsc Adib), but rather is a video made by one of my friends. I am posting it on this channel to provide exposure and awareness to Sunnova’s deception to their customers.
The BBB and other review sites appear to have been manipulated too.
The Sunnova TrustPilot rating also significantly increased after Sunnova PAID TrustPilot for special features and assistance with removing and changing bad reviews while many positive reviews appear to be entirely fraudulent or due to payment to customers for leaving reviews.
I have researched several review sites and it is obvious that MONEY BUYS GOOD REVIEWS through various schemes.
I appreciate any info from others who checked out the FAKE reviews or are willing to do so. Regulators and legislators need to know and need to ACT to prohibit this rampant REVIEW FRAUD!
